Important points to note when applying
Please fill in your applicant information accurately as we will send information to your registered address and email address. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your requests regarding activity location and content. You may be asked to work with other organizations or individual volunteers. If you are unable to participate, please contact the tournament secretariat immediately. There will be no changing area on the day of the activity, so please wear comfortable clothing in advance. Even if it rains on the day of the tournament, you will be required to work in the designated location unless the tournament is canceled.

*The event secretariat will take out volunteer accident insurance. The insurance taken out by the organizers will cover accidents and injuries that occur during volunteer activities.

We are a support team
(volunteers) who love the nature and community of Yatsugatake
and support runners with a smile.
Through our various roles—such as providing water, guiding runners along the course, handling registration, and managing the event venue—
we support the race while working together to create a space where the community and its people can connect.
Handling of personal information
The organizers recognize the importance of personal information and will comply with laws and related regulations regarding its protection. Volunteers' personal information will be used as follows for the purpose of improving services, etc.

② First aid and cooperation with medical institutions
The organizer owns the publication rights and portrait rights of videos, photographs, records, etc. of the activities in newspapers, television, radio, the Internet, etc.
